Care during pregnancy

Description

If you are pregnant, you are entitled to receive check-ups at the health centre. Make an appointment at your local health centre. 

Check-ups during pregnancy shall ensure that you are in good health during your pregnancy. You may also receive advice concerning cohabitation and the roles of parents. Parental preparation courses are designed to increase parents’ knowledge and security concerning pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period.

Charges/Cost of the service

The service is free of charge.

Possibilities to appeal; procedure

If you consider that you have not received the necessary assistance or are not satisfied with the manner in which it was carried out, you may send a complaint to the municipality or directly to the responsible service provider. Explain why you are dissatisfied and which changes you would like to be made.
